The DGKL Bioinformatics working group was founded at the end of 2003 and has been part of the Molecular Diagnostics Division since 2009. The primary objective is the IT-assisted preparation and interpretation of multivariate data sets from genome and proteome analysis. In addition, we are investigating the extent to which bioinformatics methods are suitable for making the flood of routine laboratory findings more accessible.
